TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Included within all purchases are a complete re-read of the script and up to two sets of minor revisions. These are only applicable within 30 days of the original delivery.

• Additional edits are charged at standard rate (£50 for up to 200 words, then £50 per additional 200 words).

• Should you require a further re-reading of the script within 30 days of the original delivery (in addition to the complimentary re-reading), this will be charged at 50% of the original quoted rate. 

• Any re-reads requested 30+ days after delivery will charged at 100% of the original quoted rate.

• Any edits or retakes required due to errors on my part (mispronunciations, technical issues, mistakes) are included free of charge.

• Audio recorded during a client-directed session is considered ‘final’. Any further edits or re-recordings outside the initial session will be charged at 100% of the quoted rate.

• Invoices are filed by David McNeill Creative upon delivery of the final audio. Payment is expected within 30 days of either the invoice being received or the client signing off the audio - whichever occurs first.
